J.K Rowling To Have Full Screenwriting Power

Thanks to the Hollywood Reporter and their interview with Kevin Tsujihara (new Warner Bros. CEO), we know both that the Fantastic Beasts movie has been in talks for over a year, and that J.K has full screenwriting power.
