Pottermore, the official Harry Potter website from J.K Rowling has revealed its revamped design. The website is due to expand from Harry’s world and incorporate the world of Newt Scamander and co. in Fantastic Beasts.
To kick this off, Pottermore released an article on “Things We Know So Far” about the upcoming movie. Interestingly, the article states that
He knows wizards who were educated at a school there
Not that he meets wizards from the USA, but that he knows them. Did Newt have previous interactions with Tina and her sister Queenie? Or perhaps Credence & Chastity?
Also of note is the mention of Dragons and Glumbumbles:
“unless I’m wiped out by a rogue dragon”
“Let’s see how he handles a Glumbumble, shall we?”
