A Fantastic Beasts Lego video game story pack is set to be released later this year as part of the (multiverse) LEGO Dimensions Year 2 expansion.
While nothing more is known about this at present, we will update this post once Warner Bros makes their official reveal tomorrow, June 9th.

Lego has released their new trailer featuring Newt Scamander in all his lego glory at 1:13:
According to Pottermore,
The trailer comes just days before the opening of this year’s E3 conference (Electronic Entertainment Expo) in L.A. where the new work-in-progress modes will be playable on the show floor.
